About

I'm a 25-year-old woman with a passion for telling stories through words, photos and film.

As an English graduate with an MA in Creative Writing, I'm currently working as a freelance journalist.

I predominantly cover entertainment, mental health, grief and women's issues for digital and print publications such as the Radio Times, Fandom, Business Insider, Inverse, The Telegraph, Stylist, Woman & Home, Huffington Post, I and Refinery29.

At the moment, I work as a Freelance News Reporter and Sub-Editor for Digital Spy, as an Entertainment Reporter for Metro.co.uk and Live TV reporter for The Mirror.

I'm also one of the lead writers at the quarterly print publication, The Happy Newspaper.

I also have experience on other digital news desks as an SEO Writer at RadioTimes.com, a Live TV Reporter for OK! online and a SEO Writer for The Sun focusing on product reviews and listicles.

Alongside this, I've spoken on culture and health podcasts, festivals and events, as well as on BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.

In 2021, I spoke on a panel at the Good Grief Festival about portrayed in movies, which is potentially my favourite area to talk about to date.

I've also spoken at numerous charity events for Sue Ryder including a speech I made at St. James Palace at a private dinner for the head office, donors and the charity's patron, the Duchess of Gloucester.

When I'm not writing, you can find me watching the latest Marvel movie, reading a YA novel (or re-reading Jane Austen), spinning or out on adventures.

I'm also working on my first young adult fantasy novel.
